Role Overview
Arte Bunkering is looking for an experienced and driven Bunker Trader to join our expanding team in Singapore. This position reports directly to the General Manager in our Singapore office. We are seeking a candidate with a proven and diverse portfolio of transferable clients worldwide, along with a strong understanding of the global bunkering market.
You’ll play a key role in accelerating regional and global growth by managing the full sales and trading cycle, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships while closely collaborating with other Arte Bunkering offices worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
·      Conduct daily back-to-back bunker trading.
·      Locate, develop, and manage a personal client portfolio, including ship owners, operators, and charterers.
·      Handle end-to-end trade cycle: trading, fixture/post-fixture, delivery, and payment collection.
·      Collaborate with Arte Bunkering’s international offices on inquiries, supply coordination, and client servicing.
·      Drive customer satisfaction by fostering strong relationships and delivering expert advice on bunker solutions.
·      Assist internal teams through port and regional research, vessel tracking, and fuel supply coordination.
·      Monitor market trends and supply chain developments to ensure competitive trading performance.
·      Support monthly KPIs and assist in reaching team and office targets.

Qualifications & Requirements
·      Minimum 3 years of experience as a Bunker Trader; ideally 4–6 years.
·      Existing and transferable client portfolio is essential.
·      Bachelor’s degree in Business, Shipping, Oil & Gas, or a related field.
·      High proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
·      In-depth knowledge of marine fuels, shipping operations, and bunker trading.
·      Strong aptitude for numbers, analytical thinking, and negotiation
·      Customer-focused with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
·      Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
·      Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
·      Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
